Abstract

|
Benign pleomorphic adenomas are the most common tumors of the salivary gland. The great majority arises from the parotid gland. When present in the minor salivary glands, most occur in the hard and soil palate. Especially benign pleomorphic adenoma of the palate is rare in children. We experienced three cases of benign pleomorphic adenoma of
palate including 14 year old female patient. The tumors were successfully removed by excision, and there was no recurrence. So we report these cases along with a relevant literature review.
